Club Avolta & Club Iberia Plus Terms & Conditions

1.    To be eligible for this offer, customers must be at least 18 years old and be either a member of Club Iberia Plus, and Club Avolta. (“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an "Eligible Customer”).

2.    An Eligible Customer will have the opportunity to covert Avios points into a Club Avolta (“Voucher”) to buy select products at any of the participating Avolta Stores. 

3.    To collect Avios an Eligible Customer must go to their Club Avolta App and link their Club Iberia Plus account to their Club Avolta account and select such linked account as their preferred account if customers wish to collect Avios for their purchases at Avolta participating stores, or online via Reserve & Collect. A Club Iberia Plus account can only be linked to one Club Avolta account and the holder of the linked accounts must be the same person.

4.    Only one Club Avolta account can be linked to one Club Iberia Plus account at any given time and vice versa. A Club Iberia Plus account can be linked and unlinked to any Club Avolta account a maximum of 1 time in 12 months. 

5.    After the first time that an Eligible Customer links their Club Iberia Plus Account to their Club Avolta account and completes a qualifying transaction at a participating store or online via Reserve & Collect, a onetime bonus of 250 Avios will be credited to their Club Iberia Plus account. 

6.    After linking their Club Iberia Plus account an Eligible Customer can convert their Avios Points earned in their Club Iberia Plus account into a Voucher by logging into their Club Avolta App, going to the respective linked partner page, clicking on ‘Add voucher’, and then following the steps thereafter.  

7.    An Eligible Customer will need to select the country in which they wish to use the Voucher. The currency that the Voucher is available in are determined by the country selected by the Club Avolta member. A Voucher can only be used at participating Avolta stores in the country for which such voucher was issued. Each country will have its own country specific terms and conditions, including the participating Avolta stores in such country.  

8.    Vouchers are only available in 2 currency denominations.  Each currency denomination will require the conversion of a certain number of Avios, the number of Avios required to be converted for a certain currency denomination is as displayed in the Club Avolta App.

9.    A Voucher will be immediately credited to the Eligible Customers’ Club Avolta account when Avios are converted in the Club Avolta App.

10.    Upon conversion, Vouchers can only be awarded to the Club Avolta account that the Iberia account has been linked to. Once Avios have been converted to a Voucher, the conversion cannot be reversed.

11.    An Eligible Customer can convert a maximum of 5 Club Avolta vouchers in 30 days period to a maximum voucher value of £250/ €250.

12.    Eligible Customers can only redeem Vouchers in-store, when checking out at a physical point of sale. Vouchers cannot be redeemed while reserving a product online via Dufry Reserve and Collect service or when Eligible Customers use the self-checkout service. Eligible Customers shall present the Club Avolta voucher to one of the sales assistant at the time of check out to benefit from the offer.

13.    Eligible Customers can use a maximum of one Club Avolta voucher per transaction. The Club Avolta voucher will apply on the final price, including any applicable taxes.

14.    The Club Avolta voucher shall be used for the full value. Partial redemption is not admitted. Remaining balance on any used vouchers will not be refunded or credited.

15.    Once a Voucher has been redeemed at a participating Avolta store, such Voucher is not reusable. 

16.    Avios are not redeemable for cash.

17.    Except as required by law, Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred for value, reloaded, or applied to any other Club Avolta account. The value of the Club Avolta voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. 

18.    In case an Eligible Customer returns a product purchased with a Voucher, the Eligible Customer will get the Voucher amount refunded in the Club Avolta App in the Wallet tab as a new Voucher. The new Voucher validity time will match the one of the original Voucher.

19.    Except as required by law, each Voucher will be valid for 24 months from the date of issuance, after which it will automatically expire and be removed from the Club Avolta wallet.

20.    Once Avios are converted into a Club Avolta voucher, they will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s Club Avolta account, with both Iberia, and Club Avolta terms and conditions applying.

22.    IBERIA LAE SA reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any Club Iberia Plus account that Iberia LAE SA, Avios Group Limited (AGL) or Avolta believes has obtained or redeemed Avios or Voucher in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the Club Iberia Plus Terms and Conditions.

24.    Avios Group Limited (AGL) and Avolta reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions.

25.    When linking your accounts your personal data will be shared between IBERIA LAE SA, Avios Group Limited (AGL) and Avolta to facilitate the transfer of Avios into Voucher(s).

26.    Any personal information you supply will be used by British Airways PLC, Iberia, Avolta and Avios Group  Limited (AGL) in accordance with their respective Privacy Policy.

27.    This offer shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
